Started as a frustration project, StayPilot grew into a product used by hotels around the world.

2022

The Problem Identified

Alex, frustrated by outdated PMS software, teams up with Sara to prototype a modern booking engine over a weekend hackathon.

2023

First Hotels Onboard

After 8 months of development, the first 10 hotels join as beta users. Real feedback shapes the calendar, pricing, and notification systems.

2024

WordPress Plugin Launched

The native WordPress plugin enables thousands of hotels to add StayPilot booking with a single shortcode.

2025
